Membership in CLANH
The Collaborative Law Alliance of New Hampshire (CLA/NH) has three classes of association: Supporters; Associate Members; and Practitioner Members.
"Supporters" are those who subscribe to the object of the corporation and are elected by the members of CLANH. They do not have to be members of the New Hampshire Bar Association nor do they have to be attorneys.
"Associate Members" are those who are active members of the New Hampshire Bar Association, who support the object of the corporation and the principles and guidelines of Collaborative Law, but have not yet been trained in Collaborative Law.
"Practitioner Members" are those who meet the standards of an �Associate member�, and have practiced law in New Hampshire for at least two (2) years, have completed a minimum level of training and education in Collaborative Law, have a reputation of maintaining high ethical standards as a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association, and within the past five years, have not been disciplined by the New Hampshire Supreme Court Professional Conduct Committee or comparable body in another jurisdiction
"Practitioner Members" can handle collaborative law cases only with another attorney who has collaborative law training.
Annual dues for Practitioner Members is $40. Annual dues for Associate Members and Supporters is $20.
